WINE & DINE
The onboard culinary team consists of an Executive Chef, a Sous Chef and a Pastry Chef assisted by two Commis. The modern well equipped galley facilitates the crew to offer imaginative favors in delicious temptations from around the world to suit the gourmet preference of the cruising clientele.
In addition to the main restaurant, meals are served on the top deck and at the aft open area of the main deck. Dhaainkan’baa further adds to the enjoyment of the meals by having well setup beach barbecue dinners at sunset on uninhabited islands for the guests’ enjoyment.
Compliment the meals from a choice of Italian Coffees, a selection of fine Tea or with a glass of individually selected wine and champagne from popular vineyards across the globe. Dhaainkan’baa’s onboard wine cellar stores over 400 bottles of wine and champagne to offer a varied choice.
The main restaurant serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner either in a sumptuous buffet or four course meals from a tabled’ote menu with choices for each of the courses.
